Delete your account

In the mobile app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and type DELETE. If you use email and password, confirm your password. Apple and Google accounts do not show a password field. The request signs you out, revokes access, removes the login identity, and anonymizes unnecessary personal profile data.

What can remain

Required ride, payment, security, and audit records can remain without direct profile data. These records protect riders, drivers, refunds, accounting, and the integrity of append-only ride history.

What deletion does

Old sessions cannot sign in again. A deleted account cannot use its old access token. A new account does not restore the deleted profile.
